In a sense, the circular saw is actually a pipe cutting machine, but in order to improve efficiency, accuracy and other requirements, the circular saw is specially designed to cut some materials whose hardness is lower than that of the material. Of course, reduce the cutting of copper and aluminum. The machine is no problem. And ordinary cutting machines, you can pass common metals: aluminum, copper, iron, stainless steel, etc. But there are some differences between the two: the material of the saw blade of the aluminum cutting machine is TCT (tungsten carbide insert), and the general pipe cutting machine (metal saw blade) used in the saw blade is high-speed steel. The former can be used for higher speeds, generally speaking, at least 2000 rpm, the latter can only withstand 1500 rpm, usually 30 rpm speed 300 rpm. What needs to be added is that the saw teeth of aluminum cutting machines are generally larger and the price is not low.
However, the price is acceptable in terms of effective cutting performance, good cutting quality, and durable cutting ability.
Band saw machine: a saw-like saw blade, which is a circular saw blade, used for a continuous linear motion, cutting saw wood sawing machine on two saw wheels. It is mainly composed of bed, impeller, saw wheel lifting device, saw blade tensioning device, saw blade guide device, worktable, guide plate, etc. The bed is welded from cast iron or steel plate. The electric saw wheel is divided into a different kind of electric saw wheel and a metal plate electric saw wheel. The bottom electric saw is a rotating wheel, the top electric saw is a transmission device, and the weight of the saw wheel should be Lighter than 2.5 times. The cutting speed of the band saw blade is usually 30-60 m/S. The upper saw wheel lifting device is used for loading, unloading and adjusting the elastic saw blade, and the upper saw wheel tilting device is adopted to prevent the saw blade from falling off during sawing. The clamping device of the band saw blade can provide elasticity for the saw wheel to ensure the stability of the tension level of the band and keep the saw blade in working condition. The old style uses a spring or a heavy hammer device, and the new style uses a pneumatic and hydraulic tension device. The diverter is usually called a saw card, which is used to prevent the saw blade from twisting or swinging through sawing or swinging. The next saw card is fixed at the lower end of the bed frame, and the saw card can be adjusted up and down along the vertical slide.
