　　1. The initial feed control is out of control, the saw band does not touch the workpiece slowly and smoothly, and the saw band drops quickly to impact cutting, causing the tooth tip to be overloaded and chipped in an instant.

　　2. Due to sloppy behavior during operation, the workpiece is not clamped or the clamped workpiece is not reliable. The workpiece becomes loose or vibrating during sawing, and the saw tooth is passively driven under the uncertain external force.
