What are the types of hydraulic torque wrench pumps?

When the user chooses a hydraulic wrench, he definitely cannot do without the choice of a hydraulic wrench pump. The hydraulic wrench can work and must rely on the hydraulic wrench pump station to provide the power source to drive the ratchet wheel in the hydraulic wrench to rotate and drive the hydraulic wrench to work.

Hydraulic wrench pumping stations generally include two types of pumping stations: electric hydraulic pumps and pneumatic hydraulic pumps, and electric hydraulic pumps are divided into: two-stage electric hydraulic pump, three-stage electric hydraulic pump, intelligent automatic electric hydraulic pump, explosion-proof electric hydraulic pump Pump. The functional characteristics of these hydraulic pumps are:
1. Pneumatic hydraulic pumps are generally used in explosion-proof occasions, mainly in the petrochemical industry. There is a gas source on site, and the working pressure of the gas source is not less than 6Bar to use the pneumatic hydraulic pump. The same explosion-proof electric pump is also used in the same working industrial and mining environment, but one uses air source and the other uses power source. In the case of air source, pneumatic hydraulic pump is preferred. If there is no air source, explosion-proof is required. You need to choose an explosion-proof electric pump.
2. The two-stage electric hydraulic pump is a two-speed pump. It has a large flow under low pressure conditions and a small flow under high pressure conditions. High and low pressure switching is generally used when the frequency of use is not high and the number of bolts is small. For small wrenches below 5000Nm, two-stage electric pumps can be recommended, which is more cost-effective.
3. Three-stage electric hydraulic pump, as the name suggests, is the flow is divided into three levels, high, medium and low pressure three-level flow switching, which is optimally matched with the transmission torque, faster and lighter, generally used for work requiring fast speed and high efficiency occasion. If the torque of the hydraulic wrench is higher than 5000Nm, it is recommended to use a three-stage electric hydraulic pump.
4. Intelligent fully automatic electric hydraulic pump is a fully automatic digital electric pump, one-button start, fully automatic continuous operation for tightening or disassembly, and automatically stopping after reaching the set torque value. The pump station is equipped with an LED display, which can directly input the required torque without adjusting the pressure and without the torque comparison table. One person can operate multiple hydraulic wrenches, with higher efficiency and more convenient operation.
