Types of the Pipe Cutting Machine

The pipe cutting machine is one of the most commonly used equipment in pipeline prefabrication production, which mainly cuts long pipes separately for subsequent beveling and welding.
The pipe cutting machine mainly includes portable handheld pipe cutting machine, pneumatic pipe cutting machine, magnetic pipe cutting machine, flame pipe cutting machine, plasma pipe cutting machine and band saw pipe cutting machine.
Portable hand-held pipe cutting machine is mainly used to cut some pipes with small pipe diameters or a kind of pipe cutting machine used in the towing site where the space is limited and it is inconvenient to use large and medium-sized equipment.
The working medium of the pneumatic pipe cutting machine system is driven by compressed air to drive the cutting blade or cutter to cut the pipe.
The magnetic pipe cutting machine mainly uses electromagnetic force to adsorb on the pipe without other fixing devices. Generally, it is a small pipe cutting machine.
The flame pipe cutting machine uses oxygen and various fuels to burn out the flame to cut the pipe. The price is cheaper, the size of the pipe cutting machine is smaller, and the cutting gap is flat. However, the cutting time of the flame pipe cutting machine is long, the slit is wide, and the metal loss at the cut is also very serious.
The plasma pipe cutting machine has high cutting efficiency, low loss and wide application range, so it is used widely in various engineering construction, manufacturing and other industries.
Band sawing pipe cutting machine has compact structure, high precision, narrow saw gap, low noise and convenient operation. It is a new energy-saving product that replaces circular saws and bow saws.
The intersecting wire cutting machine uses plasma technology to cut various specific shapes on pipes, square pipes and steel plates, and it also can make bevels.
