Operation and Maintenance of the Air Submersible Pump

First of all, if the air submersible pump operates normally, but the flow rate is referred to below or does not get water, the seal ring is worn or the seal ring spring is loose, and the seal ring must be replaced or the spring tightened. If the suction faucet and water wheel are blocked by debris, the faucet and water wheel must be cleaned.
Second, if the heat movement of the pump body increases during operation, it is mainly because the pump shaft is bent or the pump shaft is worn out, and the pump shaft needs to be straightened or replaced with bearings and pump shafts.
Third, the submersible pump should work at the design operating point, when the axial force is moderate, the pump efficiency is the highest, and the most economical and reliable.
Fourth, the submersible pump must be checked fully once 8 hours of operation, whether each instrument has changed, whether the circuit node is hot, and whether the sound is normal.
Finally,check whether the normal working current of the submersible pump is greater than the rated value of the motor.
