Why Does the Submersible Pump Trip Automatically?

  After the submersible pump is installed and used, it trips automatically after a period of time, and can start again after waiting for a while. Why is this?

  First of all, the model selected when purchasing the submersible pump was not selected correctly. The actual head used is relatively low, the head of the selected submersible pump is too high, and the working conditions do not meet the scope of use of the selected pump.

  Secondly,the power supply voltage used on site is unstable.The non-standard voltage causes the current in the stator winding of the pump motor to increase more, which leads to the increase in the temperature of the stator winding and the motor burns out.

  Thirdly,the bearing of the submersible pump is damaged seriously, the stator and the rotor are rubbed, or the impeller is blocked by debris in the pump body, these failures will cause the submersible pump to overload and trip.

  Finally, there is a problem with the submersible pump leaving the factory. The submersible pump is overloaded due to quality reasons in the manufacturing and repair of the submersible pump.

  Therefore, after the submersible pump has tripped, after troubleshooting the model problem, check the power supply voltage and bearings according to the conventional method to ensure that the machine runs without problems.
