The Difference Between Mining Submersible Pump and Ordinary Submersible Pump

With the continuous development and progress of technology, in order to meet the requirements of different working conditions, there are different models of submersible pumps.
Because of the particularity of the use occasion, ordinary submersible pumps cannot replace the use of mining submersible pumps in various mining conditions. Mine submersible pumps can meet the production of coal mines, gold mines and various mining industries.
What is the difference between mining submersible pump and ordinary submersible pump?
First, the extraction medium is different. Mining submersible pumps are mostly used to pump underground seepage water in mines, and the water contains more impurities such as sediment.Although ordinary submersible pumps will also meet the need for sewage discharge, because the environment in the mine is more complex, mining submersible pumps are more wear-resistant and have higher reliability.
Second, the structure of the pump body is different. Many of the accumulated water in the mine have relatively low liquid levels, and the use of ordinary submersible pumps requires the medium to submerge the motor.
Third, the use environment is different. Mine submersible pumps are used in various mining wells and working faces. The safety requirements of mining submersible pumps are relatively high, and all mining submersible pumps require explosion-proof.
Fourth, the power supply voltage is different. The operating voltage of ordinary submersible pumps is generally 380V, and the voltage of mining submersible pumps can be 380V, 660V, 1140V according to the different needs of users.
Finally, the required parameters are different. The use head of the mine submersible pump is larger than that of the ordinary submersible pump, and the mining submersible pumps are all designed with full head. It will not cause overcurrent due to the actual use of the head and the pump rated head being too low, resulting in damage to the pump motor.wall mounted home energy storage system
