Use of the Submersible Pump

The submersible pump below 11 kilowatts is allowed to start directly, and the submersible pump above 13 kilowatts should be equipped with a step-down starting cabinet to protect the safe operation of the submersible pump.
In order to prevent the rotor of the submersible pump from moving up instantly and reduce the starting load, when the submersible pump is started, the stroke of the outlet valve should be closed to 3/4 and open slowly after the water is started. The working point of the pump is controlled at an appropriate position.
After the start-up is completed, the monitoring and observation of the water level changes should be strengthened to ensure that the submersible pump is running within the working conditions, and the submersible pump can be put into formal operation after it runs smoothly.
After the deep well submersible pump was put into operation for the first time for 5 hours, it was shut down to measure the thermal insulation resistance quickly, and its value was not less than 0.5MΩ before it could be used.
