How to Lubricate The Pneumatic Winch?

The pneumatic winch is mainly used for traction in metal mines, coal mines and other mines, construction engineering and other departments, or for lifting heavy objects in oil fields. However,how to lubricate the pneumatic winch?
First of all,the reducer is lubricated with winter gear oil or saturated cylinder oil. The oil surface should ensure that the worm is immersed completely in the oil. The oil of the reducer is replaced once a year.
Second,the bearings of the main shaft bearing and the output shaft end of the reducer should be replaced or supplemented with calcium-based grease regularly, and the oil should be replaced once two years.
Third,lubricate the open gear each time before driving the pneumatic winch.
At last,before each drive, lubricate other parts that need to be lubricated, especially the thrust ring between the two gears on the output shaft of the reducer and the sleeve of the movable gear.
