How to Install Axial fans?

Many users are confused about the installation of axial fans, how to install axial fans?
The installation methods of axial fans include horizontal installation, side wall horizontal installation, suspended installation and vertical installation.
For horizontal installation of axial fans,first, fix the bolts on the ground by welding in advance, and then fix the shock absorber on the base of the axial flow fan with the connecting bolts.
Adjust the horizontal position of the shock absorber, and connect the shock absorber with the pre-buried bolts finally. If the axial fans do not need shock absorber, just connect and fix them directly.
The horizontal installation method of the axial fans is basically the same as the horizontal installation method, only the bracket is made into an inclined arm support type, but it must have sufficient strength. This installation method is not suitable for axial fans above 10#.
For suspended-mounted axial fans, connect the shock absorbers first, place the axial flow fans on both sides of the fan's center of gravity, and insert the fans into the suspension bracket. The height depends on the site conditions. This type of installation is not recommended for fans above 16#.
The vertical installation method of the axial fans is the same as the horizontal installation method, but the requirements for the strength of the foundation are more stringent.
