Precautions Before Installing the Axial Fans

Axial fans are very versatile. Axial fans are usually used in occasions with higher flow requirements and lower pressure requirements. The axial fans fix the position and moves the air. Although the structures of the axial fans are simple, the data requirements are very high.
The following are the precautions before installing the axial fans
Before the installation of the axial fans, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out on all parts of the fan, whether the machine is complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, whether the connection of each part is tight,whether the impeller, main shaft, bearing and other main mechanical parts are damaged,and whether the transmission group is flexible.
When installing the axial fans, pay attention to checking the casing. There should be no tools or sundries that have fallen into or left behind in the casing. In order to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, some joint surfaces should be coated with a layer of grease or mechanical oil.
When connecting the axial fans and the foundation, the inlet and outlet pipes should be adjusted so that they fit naturally. The connection must not be forced, and the weight of the pipe is not allowed to be added to the components of the fan.Ensure the horizontal position of the axial fans.
