The pneumatic hoist is a lifting tool powered by compressed air. It has explosion-proof function and is very suitable for use in special and harsh environments such as high temperature and humidity.The main types are vane type, piston type and gear type.
The main components of the pneumatic hoist include the lifting part, the walking part and the air distribution system.
The lifting part is to use the air motor as the power source, and then supplemented with brakes, hooks, reducers, controllers and other facilities to achieve the lifting of heavy objects.
The walking part of the pneumatic hoist is actually a trolley, which is powered by a pneumatic motor and can move in the horizontal direction after hoisting.
The air distribution system is the power control system of the entire hoist, which controls the lifting and moving of heavy objects by controlling the release of compressed air.
