Operation of Pneumatic Torque Wrench

The pneumatic torque wrench achieves precise torque control by adjusting mechanical gears,air source processing components and power management systems. The following is the operation of pneumatic torque wrenches.
Check the torque comparison table and adjust the shift knob to gear 1 or 2. Adjust the air source pressure to the required pressure according to the following method.
Lift up the pressure regulating nut and turn it clockwise to increase the pressure, and turn it counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.
After adjusting to the working pressure, be sure to press down and fix the pressure regulating nut. When adjusting the pressure, there will be a small amount of leakage, which is normal.
Refer to the torque comparison table and adjust the power adjustment knob to the appropriate position, 1 is the minimum and 4 is the maximum.
The power level indication is for reference only and does not indicate specific power. Using the variable valve stem can adjust the forward or reverse output power further.
