Precautions for the Maintenance of Pneumatic Tools

Pneumatic tools include pneumatic impact wrenches,pneumatic screwdrivers, pneumatic grinders, pneumatic spray guns, pneumatic nail guns, pneumatic pull cap guns,air chipping hammers,pneumatic hammers, shock-absorbing pneumatic saws and shock-absorbing pneumatic files.
The following are precautions for the maintenance of pneumatic tools.
First,ensure the correct substitute air supply system. The inlet pressure is at the inlet of the tool. When the air supply pressure exceeds the rated working pressure of the tool, a pressure regulator should be used.
The air intake must contain sufficient lubricating oil so that the air motor in the tool can be lubricated sufficiently.The intake air must be free of moisture as much as possible.It is not appropriate if the compressed air is not passed through an air dryer.
Second,do not remove the parts of the tool arbitrarily and then operate it. It will not only affect the safety of the operator, but also cause damage to the pneumatic tool.
Third,if the pneumatic tool is malfunctioning or cannot achieve the original function when in use, it should not be used anymore, stop using it immediately and conduct a detailed inspection.
Fourth,when using all kinds of pneumatic tools, all safety regulations and product instructions must be followed strictly.
Fifth,use appropriate pneumatic tools for work. Oversized pneumatic tools can cause work injuries, and too small tools can cause tool damage.
At last, check and maintain tools, add butter to rotating parts such as bearings, and add oil to air motor parts.
