How to Use the Nut Splitter

The nut splitter can keep fire, no electricity, and does not damage the bolt threads. It can solve the problem of disassembly and replacement of bolts and nuts simply, quickly, safely and efficiently.How to use the nut splitter?
First,open the oil filling screw plug, fill the manual oil pump box with oil or hydraulic oil, and close the unloading valve.
Second,put the head hole of the cutter into the nut to be broken, and lay it flat.
Third,press the manual oil pump to push the riving knife out to advance to the nut.
Fourth,when the riving knife pushes into half of the nut, press the hand pump carefully to avoid excessive force. The riving knife splits the nut quickly and damages the bolt thread.
Fifth,when the cracking sound is heard, it means that the nut has been broken, and the pressure stops.
At last,unscrew the unloading valve, return to the original position after the chopping knife, remove the chopper, and work is over.
In addition,be careful not to use excessive force during the cutting process, try not to damage the nut.
