Structure of Nut Splitter

The nut splitter is a special tool used to cut off the nut head. There is no specific requirement in the application field. As long as there are bolts, the nut splitter is necessary to use it.
Usually, the nut cannot be removed due to rust. At times, the operator are unable to unscrew with a wrench, and can only break with a hard object forcefully.
To a certain extent, the rusty nut is disassembled, but it also causes damage to other parts. The nut splitter can avoid unnecessary damage.
The structure of the nut splitter is relatively simple. It is similar to a single-opening torx wrench. Its inner ring is smooth, the handle is hollowed out, and there is a straight steel bar with a tapered head.
There is a spiral screw rod at the end of the handle, and the rod is screwed inward. When rotating, the steel bar is pushed out to reach the strength of the nut. By supporting the nut vigorously, the nut cannot withstand the huge pressure and cracks, and the operation of splitting the nut is completed.
Of course, a nut splitter is required to cover the nut. The wrench clamps the hexagonal head screwed into the tail of the rod and applies force to split the nut easily.
