The Use of Pneumatic Triple Parts of Pneumatic Hoist

Due to the large amount of air used by the pneumatic hoist and the harsh environment in the dock, the pneumatic hoist must be equipped with a pneumatic triplex, which has three functions of filtration, pressure reduction and lubrication.
The filtering part can filter out particulate matter and moisture in the compressed air. Large particles of impurities in the compressed air will cause accelerated wear and even jamming of the motor blades.
In addition,when the temperature is below zero, excessive moisture in the compressed air will cause the air pipes, control valves or motor blades to freeze and fail to work.
The pressure regulating part is a pressure reducing valve with a pressure gauge, which ensures that the air source pressure is stable and consistent with the rated working pressure of the pneumatic hoist by reducing pressure.Too high system pressure may cause the air hoist to work overload, while lower pressure will cause accelerated brake wear.
Good lubrication can reduce motor wear effectively.The oil can be original lubricating oil, or turbine oil can be used instead.
Before using the motor that has not been used for a long time, inject about 200 ml of gasoline into the air duct in batches, remove the muffler, and run the motor idling to blow out the oil and impurities inside.
