Precautions for Installing the Rotating Head of Hydraulic Torque Wrench?

The rotary joint of the hydraulic torque wrench should be prevented from being hit and dropped during transportation and storage to avoid damage to the interface and internal parts.
When installing the threaded rotary joint, pay attention to whether the thread direction of the inner and outer pipe corresponds to the direction of rotation of the drum, and the thread direction of the inner and outer pipes should also be the same.
The connection between the rotary joint of the wave pressure wrench and the pipeline must be connected with a hose, and rigid connection is prohibited.
The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint of the hydraulic torque wrench should be connected directly with the hose as much as possible to reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint and extend the service life of the rotary joint.
The support and rotation stop of the rotary joint of the hydraulic torque wrench should be appropriate. Generally, the rod diameter should be 2mm smaller than the rotation stop hole to avoid affecting the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
