The Principle of Pneumatic Hoist

As a safe and environmentally friendly pneumatic lifting tool, the pneumatic hoist can achieve spark-free operation and has excellent explosion-proof performance.
So,the pneumatic hoist is used widely in flammable,explosive,high-temperature,high-dust and corrosive chemicals, textiles, painting, logistics, docks, etc.It is recognized well by customers.
The pneumatic hoist uses clean compressed air as the power source from the driving force, and uses the main control valve to control the air path to lift the heavy objects. It realizes positioning braking during the lifting and lowering process of heavy objects by controlling the opening and closing brakes. It uses the main control valve to control the pneumatic motor and planetary reducer to drive the active wheels to move, so as to achieve the horizontal movement of lifting heavy objects.
Therefore,the pneumatic hoist is very clean and safe.In addition,the pneumatic hoists are equipped with overload protection, air cut protection and other functions for safe operation. At the same time, only the control button or the lever can be used to achieve positioning during the lifting process, which is more convenient.
