The Composition of Pneumatic Hoist

At present, it is more common for steel wire ropes to load, and there are also pneumatic hoists with chain links. The chain pneumatic hoists is more durable.
The chain pneumatic hoists consists of a lifting mechanism,a walking mechanism and an air distribution system.
The lifting mechanism includes a pneumatic motor, a planetary reducer, a hanging assembly, a brake, a lifting chain, a hook assembly and a main control valve.
The lifting mechanism realizes the lifting and lowering of the lifting weight by controlling the main control valve,and achieves the lifting and lowering positioning brake by opening and closing the brake.
The chain pneumatic hoist ensures the safety of the lifting operation. The pneumatic hoist lifting mechanism can be used in a fixed manner, or it can be moved and used under the walking mechanism.
The walking mechanism of pneumatic hoist adopts a pneumatic walking trolley, which is composed of active wheels, passive wheels, and wall panels. The main control valve controls the pneumatic motor and planetary reducer to drive the active wheels to move to realize the horizontal movement of the lifting weight.
The air distribution system uses compressed air as the power source to control the hoisting and walking of the air circuit control hoist.
