How to Distinguish the Quality of the Hydraulic Hose of a Hydraulic Torque Wrench?

The use of hydraulic hoses in hydraulic torque wrenches is very common. The quality of hydraulic hoses determines the service life of the hydraulic torque wrench. Hydraulic hoses are divided into steel wire braided hydraulic hoses and steel wire wound hydraulic hoses.
The following is a method to identify the quality of the hydraulic hose of a hydraulic torque wrench.
First, when buying a hydraulic hose, look at the outer rubber of the hose. Use a peeling machine to remove the rubber during seizure to see if the peeled rubber is continuous. The rubber is continuous and the quality is good.
Second,check whether the steel wire layer inside the hose is uniform, the stroke of the steel wire and the outer diameter of the straight reinforcement layer.
Third,check whether the thickness of the rubber layer inside the hose is uniform and the size of the inner hole.
At last,check the degree of bonding between the steel wire and the rubber. If the bonding is tight or not, the tight one is good.
