Work Process of Air Impact Wrench

The power source of the air impact wrench is the compressed air output by the air compressor. When the compressed air enters the air impact wrench cylinder, it drives the impeller inside to rotate to generate rotational power.
The impeller then drives the connected striking part to perform a hammering motion. After each strike, the screw is tightened or removed. It is an efficient and safe tool for disassembly and assembly of screws.
The force generated by a large air impact wrench is equivalent to the force that two adults use to tighten the screw with a wrench that is more than two meters long.
Its power is usually proportional to the pressure of the air compressor. A high pressure produces a large force, and vice versa.
So,the air impact wrench is applied in various industry requirements.
