How to Use Hydraulic Torque Wrench?

First,according to the size of the pre-tightening nut, an inner hexagon socket is selected.
Second,according to the requirements of tightening or loosening the nut, combine the ratchet.
Third,insert the high pressure and low pressure hoses with quick connectors into the joints of the wrench and the reversing valve, and after inserting them in place, turn the outer sleeve of the quick connectors to an angle to lock them.
Fourth,the reaction rod should rely on the corresponding inner hexagonal support sleeve or other places that can bear the reaction force.The rotation angle of the wrench connecting rod should be controlled within the range of the angle calibrated by the reaction rod.
Fifth,when pressing, turn the air release valve to the left for a full circle, open the air release valve, and close it when the air is exhausted.When the manual pump is pressing, the reversing valve handle is rotated according to the extension and contraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. When the handle is at the left position, the piston rod is extended and vice versa, the pressure is zero at the middle position.
Sixth,when pressing, the torque value can be obtained by observing the reading value of the pressure gauge.After preloading, put the handle of the reversing valve in the middle position to make the pressure return to zero.
At last,when removing the high and low pressure hoses with quick connectors, you should rotate the jacket of the quick connectors by an angle first so that the gap is aligned with the limit pin and pushed forward, then the connector can be pulled out.
