The hydraulic torque wrench is used widely in the construction, maintenance, and emergency repairs of various industries such as shipbuilding, petrochemical, wind power, hydropower, thermal power, mining, machinery, steel mills, rubber, pipelines, etc.
The hydraulic torque wrench is an important tool for the installation and disassembly of large-size bolts.It is not only easy to use, but also the torque provided is very accurate, and the torque repeatability is about ±3%.
The hydraulic torque wrench is powered by hydraulic pressure and provides high torque output.It is a professional bolt tightening tool used for bolt installation and disassembly. It is often used to tighten and loosen bolts larger than one inch.
The hydraulic torque wrench is composed of a working head, a hydraulic pump and a high-pressure oil pipe. The choice of hydraulic torque wrench is determined by bolt size, torque requirements and space range.
You can install some related drive square axis positioners on it, pull down the reaction force arm locking device, install the reaction force arm according to the appropriate orientation, and determine the direction of the square axis during loosening and locking.
