Types of the Impact Wrench

The impact wrench is composed of a motor, a planetary gear reducer, a ball spiral groove impact mechanism, a forward and reverse power switch, a power connection device and a motorized sleeve.
The impact wrench includes single-phase series electric wrenches and three-phase electric wrenches according to the type of motor selected.
The electric motor of the single-phase series electric wrench is installed in a plastic shell. The plastic shell is used not only as a structural member supporting the motor, but also as an additional insulation for the motor stator.
When the impact wrench is assembling or disassembling the threaded parts, there is a large axial tension between the end face of the plastic housing of the device motor and the plastic front housing of the planetary gear reducer and the ball spiral groove impact mechanism, and planetary gear reducer should have high assembly accuracy.
Therefore, metal inserts are set at the stop, bearing chamber and threaded connection of the plastic shell to enhance the rigidity of the shell, improve the processing accuracy of the plastic shell.
