The Working Principle of Magnetic Drill

The magnetic drill is a movable high-efficiency tool that uses the electromagnetic principle to absorb the drill frame and the rotary drilling mechanism on the surface of the steel workpiece through the magnetic base, and perform drilling processing.
Magnetic drill is mainly divided into drilling part and adsorption steel structure part. The drilling part is mainly used for drilling and tapping or reaming the steel structure through a high-speed drill bit.
The absorption of the steel structure is that the magnetic drill base part generates a magnetic field through the changing current after being energized, and is adsorbed firmly on the steel structure to ensure that the magnetic drill does not move.
The function of the magnetic base is that after power on, the magnetic drill generates a magnetic attraction of thousands of kilograms perpendicular to the bottom surface of the magnetic base through electromagnetic effects, so that it is adsorbed firmly on the processing surface of the steel plate or structural parts and plays the role of fixing the machine.
The stronger the magnetic attraction, the more stable the body of the magnetic drill while working, and the higher the drilling accuracy.
