Precautions for Using Air Hammer Drills

source:Industry News release time:2020-12-03 Article author:Rosit Popular:Air band saw

When using air hammer drills, the compressed air at the air inlet of the rock drill is required to be dry, and clean soft water is required. When acidic or alkaline water is used as a last resort, some lubricating oil should be injected immediately after the rock drill is finished, and the water is turned off for a while.

Precautions for Using Air Hammer Drills(pic1)

Clean and reinstall when starting a new machine. After reinstalling, drive an empty car to check whether it is operating normally. But the empty time cannot exceed 2-3min. If the time is too long, the temperature of the air cushion area of the cylinder is too high, and the phenomenon of cylinder grinding is prone to occur.

When the telescopic hammer drills are working upwards, pay attention to the magma flowing down the drill not close to the fiber sleeve. The distance between them must be at least 20mm. Otherwise, the blowing force is insufficient.

At this time, check whether the blowing holes on the fiber sleeve are unobstructed. In addition to observing the safety techniques for general rock drilling, special attention should be paid to the sudden breaking of the drill to prevent work-related accidents, and it is strictly forbidden to run at full speed for a long time, and drive a trolley when pulling fibers.wall mounted home energy storage system

After the work is finished, close the water valve and let the rock drill run idle for a short time with small wind to remove the accumulated water and prevent corrosion.
