Precautions for the Pneumatic Band Saw

Firstly,the portable non-spark band saw uses the weight of the saw to control the cutting pressure.
For softer materials, the weight is sufficient. Excessive pressure will reduce the speed of the saw blade.
For harder materials, portable pneumatic band saws for mining can reduce the speed of the saw blade by applying pressure. The cutting is to keep the saw straight. Any distortion or skew of the U-shaped steel pipe cutting saw blade may reduce its service life
Secondly,When the portable pneumatic band saw turns off the air motor, release the valve stem.
Thirdly,before replacing the saw blade with the pneumatic band saw,be sure to disconnect the air hose and push the valve stem to release the pressure in the motor.
