How to Use Pneumatic Band Saw?

First,understand the material to be cut, and if necessary, reduce the rotation speed of the saw blade by reducing the air pressure.Ensure that the material to be cut is firmly fixed to prevent it from moving;
Second,when using a pneumatic air motor, press the valve stem with your fingers and then start cutting.Use the weight of the saw to control the cutting pressure.
For softer materials, this weight is sufficient. Excessive pressure will reduce the speed of the saw blade.
For harder materials, pressure can be used to reduce the rotation speed of the saw blade.
Third,when closing the air motor,release the valve stem.The saw blade must be kept in motion before the next cutting starts. When using a pneumatic saw, the saw blade cannot touch any surface.
Fourth,when disconnecting the air hose,close the air hose valve.Before disconnecting, open the air valve to reduce the pressure of the hose.
Fifth,before replacing the saw blade,be sure to disconnect the air hose and push the valve stem to release the pressure in the motor.
At last,turn the adjustment handle clockwise to release the tension on the saw blade guide.Then release the lock on the side panel to open the side panel. Then remove the saw blade from the drive wheel and release it from the saw band guide.
