The band saw can be divided into log band saws and split band saws according to technological requirements. In addition, the band saw machine has the following classification.

According to the combination of sawing machines, it is divided into single band sawing machine,double band sawing machine and quadruple or multiple band sawing machine.
According to the presence or absence of chipping heads, it can be divided into ordinary band saws without chipping heads, sports band saws equipped with single chipping heads, and double and quadruple band saws equipped with double disc chipping heads.
