There are 3 eye-catching LEDs (light emitting diodes) embedded on the black bottom plate of the electronic torque wrench rod, and the time when they start flashing corresponds to the torque value reached by the wrench, and can also be preset. The specific provisions are as follows:
(1) When the operator holds the wrench to perform the tightening operation, when the generated assembly torque reaches 50% of the lower limit of the set value (equivalent to 7Nm), the yellow LCD in the middle starts to flash, prompting the worker to apply the torque more smoothly and not use force too much.
(2) When the assembly torque reaches the lower limit of the set value (14Nm), the yellow light will stop flashing, and the green light on the right will light up. Indicates that the tightening torque reaches the set value.
(3) If the worker does not concentrate enough energy or exerts too much force, the tightening torque exceeds the upper limit of the set value (21Nm), or stops tightening before reaching the lower limit of 14Nm, it will cause the left red light to light up, indicating The assembly torque here is unqualified and needs to be reworked.
