How an electric wrench works

An electric wrench refers to an electric tool for tightening and loosening bolts and nuts, and is a tool for tightening high-strength bolts. Electric wrenches are mainly used in the steel structure installation industry (including petrochemical, shipbuilding, repair and other industries).
The principle of the electric wrench is to control the torque applied when tightening threaded fasteners such as screws, bolts, nuts, etc., to ensure that the threads are tightened and the threads will not be damaged due to excessive torque, so use a torque wrench to operate. Electric torque wrench is also called torque wrench or torque wrench, torque is the product of force and distance. When operating, first set a required upper limit of torque value, when the applied torque reaches the set value, the electric wrench will automatically stop.
Electric wrenches are mainly divided into impact electric wrenches, electric torsion shear wrenches, electric constant torque wrenches, electric angle wrenches and electric angle wrenches. Their usage is also different, the following is their introduction method.
1. Impact electric wrench: It is mainly used for initial tightening of bolts. Its operation is simple, just align the bolts and turn the power switch.
2. Electric torsion shear wrench: It is mainly used for final tightening of torsion shear type high-strength bolts. Its use is to align the bolt and turn the power switch until the plum blossom head of the torsion shear type high-strength bolt is interrupted.
3. Electric constant torque wrench: It can be used for both initial tightening and final tightening. Its use is to adjust the torque first, and then tighten the bolts.
4. Electric corner wrench: It is also mainly a kind of fixed torque wrench. Its use is to adjust the degree of rotation first, and then tighten the bolts.
5. Electric angle wrench: It is an electric wrench specially used to fasten the bolts at the included angle parts of the steel frame. Its use is the same as that of the electric torsion shear wrench.
