The correct way to use the wrench is as follows:
1. Type A (integral) torque wrench.
1. Set the torque value.
(1) Rotate the locking handle counterclockwise to loosen the adjustment wheel.
(2) Rotate the adjustment wheel to make the sum of the indications of the main scale and the auxiliary scale (adjustment wheel scale) equal to the torque value that needs to be set.
(3) After the torque value is set, tighten the locking handle clockwise, and the torque value setting is completed.
2. Put the square tenon of the wrench into the socket of the corresponding size.
3. Put the sleeve on the nut or bolt head.
4. Apply force evenly in a clockwise direction.
5. When you hear a "click" sound or feel the wrench unloading, it has reached the set torque value.
6. When long bolts or nuts such as oil pipes are tightened and the sleeve cannot work, at this time, the open head needs to be replaced.
(1) Press down the locating pin at A as shown in Figure 3, and apply force in the direction of release to remove the wrench head.
(2) Insert the open end of the corresponding size into the wrench rod and rotate, so that the positioning pin can be inserted into the small hole of the wrench head for positioning.
Second, B-type (split) torque wrench.
1. Installation As shown in Figure 4, first insert the butt socket part into the wrench head hole and rotate it, so that the positioning pin springs into the wrench hole for positioning, and also connect the socket part ‖ to the butt socket part 1 through the positioning pin. Together, the combination is complete.
2. Set the torque value.
(1) Torque wrench with back cover.
a. Press down the positioning pin of the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
b. Insert the adjusting tool into the adjusting bolt at the tail, and turn the adjusting handle so that the sum of the indication value of the main scale and the indication value of the auxiliary scale is equal to the required torque value.
c. Remove the adjustment tool and install the back cover, so that the positioning pin on the back cover can be ejected into the hole of the back cover.
(2) Torque wrench with adjustment wheel:
a. The setting method of the torque value is the same as that of the A-type torque wrench.
b. Except for the different installation and setting torque value, the rest of the operation steps are the same as those of Type A 2-6.
