The hydraulic wrench is composed of a body, an electric hydraulic pump, a double high-pressure oil pipe, and a high-strength sleeve. After the hydraulic pump starts to generate pressure through the motor, the internal hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic torque wrench through the oil pipe medium, and then pushes the piston rod of the hydraulic torque wrench, and the piston rod drives the ratchet at the front of the wrench so that the ratchet can drive the drive shaft to complete the bolt. The principle of hydraulic wrench:
The hydraulic torque wrench is composed of a working head, an electric hydraulic pump, a double high-pressure oil pipe, and a high-strength sleeve. The electric hydraulic pump transmits the power source to the hydraulic torque wrench through the double high-pressure oil pipe. More specifically, after the electric hydraulic pump is started, the pressure is generated by the electric motor and the internal hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic torque wrench through the oil pipe medium. Then push the piston rod of the hydraulic torque wrench, and the ratchet at the front of the wrench is driven by the piston rod, so that the ratchet can drive the drive shaft to complete the pre-tightening of the bolt.
The scope of use of hydraulic wrench:
Hydraulic wrenches are used in a wide range of applications; in construction, overhaul, and emergency repairs in shipbuilding, petrochemical, wind power, hydropower, thermal power, mining, machinery, steel mills, rubber, pipelines and other industries, hydraulic torque wrenches are used for large-sized bolts. The installation and dismantling of the machine are a relatively important tool; other tools are irreplaceable, not only easy to use, but also provide very accurate torque, and the torque repeatability is about ±3%.
There are two series of hydraulic wrenches: driven hydraulic wrench and hollow hydraulic wrench. As the name implies, the driven hydraulic torque wrench relies on the drive shaft to drive the corresponding specification sleeve to realize the pre-tightening of the nut. As long as the torque range allows, the bolts of different specifications can be completed by replacing the corresponding high-strength sleeve, which is a universal type. Hydraulic wrench has a wide range of applications. The hollow hydraulic torque wrench is equipped with a transition sleeve. Generally, the screw sticks out longer, the space range is relatively small, the double nut, the bolt spacing is too small, the nut and the equipment wall are too small, or there are many difficult working conditions in some specific industries.
