Analyze the types of hydraulic pullers and the characteristics of each hydraulic puller

　　The hydraulic puller is undoubtedly a very successful machine as a human-operated machine. It completely replaces the traditional puller and can be controlled by remote control. Today, the types of hydraulic pullers have been extended to many, and their functions are different. The hydraulic puller is mainly divided into: integrated hydraulic puller, separate hydraulic puller, coupling special puller, mobile hydraulic puller, separate anti-skid hydraulic puller and vehicle-mounted hydraulic puller.

　　Before introducing different integrated hydraulic pullers, let's briefly introduce the working principle of hydraulic pullers. 　　The one-piece hydraulic puller is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, which can easily and accurately locate the puller; the unique two-speed pump configuration, when the low pressure is operated, the oil cylinder is operated to position the claw to open and grasp the workpiece. The time-top integrated hydraulic puller can lift or retract, which is safe and reliable; it is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the large-tonnage oil cylinder has a large output; the vehicle-mounted design is convenient for movement.

　　Separate hydraulic puller

　　The separate hydraulic puller is composed of manual/electric oil pump, oil cylinder, pulling claw, connecting piece, quick joint, high pressure oil pipe and ejector rod. It has the characteristics of convenient adjustment, light weight and labor saving, and safe operation.

　　There are two types of separate hydraulic pullers: (1) The puller is completely separated from the hydraulic cylinder. After the puller is installed in use, the size of the anvil is adjusted, the hydraulic jacking cylinder is put in, and the hydraulic pump or cylinder is turned off. On the backflow valve, shake the handle to lift the top. (2) The hydraulic jacking cylinder is assembled with the puller as a whole, and is connected to the hydraulic pump through a hose. When in use, install the puller, close the return valve, and shake the handle to lift the jack.

　　The hydraulic puller dedicated to the coupling not only has the function of a hollow plunger jack. At the same time, it has functions such as coupling disassembly, and is widely used in oil fields, electric power and other departments.

　　Mobile hydraulic puller

　　The mobile hydraulic puller is composed of an integral puller (puller) quick connection frame and a horizontal top lifting mobile device. It has remarkable features such as convenient adjustment, convenient movement, and safe operation. It is widely used to disassemble various discs, flanges, gears, bearings, pulleys, etc. It is an ideal tool to replace traditional pullers.

　　Separate anti-skid hydraulic puller

　　The unique safety cage design of the separate anti-skid hydraulic puller can firmly lock the workpiece, prevent slipping, and work more safely. Automatic centering, preventing eccentric load, ensuring that the lead screw is always in the center of force and prolonging the service life. Quickly control the puller with a T-handle and safety cage for easier operation. Specially shaped jaws are more conducive to operation in tight spaces.
