Hydraulic wrench is a simple machine. It is made and used by leveraging principle. Ordinary wrenches can no longer fully meet the needs of today's industrial production. So hydraulic wrenches were born many years ago. Do you know the structure and principle of hydraulic wrenches?
Hydraulic wrench is not the full name of this kind of machinery. Its full name should be called hydraulic torque wrench. This kind of wrench is generally composed of multiple components and is used in the entire kit. It generally includes the wrench itself, the special pump station used in conjunction with it, and The dual high-pressure hoses and heavy-duty sleeves with very high strength can only be used in combination with several structures to function as hydraulic wrenches. The dedicated pump has two driving methods, electric and pneumatic.
The dedicated hydraulic pump is turned on and starts to work, it will generate pressure through the rotation of the motor, and then the hydraulic oil is transmitted to the piston rod of the wrench through the hydraulic tubing, and then the piston rod indirectly drives the drive shaft for tightening or loosening operations.
The structural characteristics of the hydraulic wrench itself: It consists of three parts, the oil cylinder, the transmission part and the wrench body. The cylinder can output power. The piston rod and the transmission part are combined to form a sportswear. The distance between the center of the cylinder and the center of the transmission part is the large arm force of the wrench. According to the principle of leverage, the output force of the cylinder is multiplied by the length of the arm. The theoretical value of output torque.
As the power component of the hydraulic wrench, it is a high-pressure pump with a pressure of up to 70 MPa. As mentioned above, it has two types of power pressure pumps, electric and pneumatic. The pressure pump consists of four parts, including motor, pump, pipe, and electrical control. Generally, two-stage pumps and pumps are used during operation. Among them, there are various pump mechanisms. The most typical pump is a plunger pump. There are four low-pressure pumps, and two medium-pressure and high-pressure pumps. The medium-high-pressure plunger has a small diameter.
