How to install the rotating head of a hydraulic wrench
1. The rotary joint of the hydraulic wrench should be prevented from being hit and dropped during handling and storage to avoid damage to the interface and internal parts.
2. Install the machine as concentric as possible to ensure that the rotary joint can operate well.
3. When installing the threaded rotary joint, pay attention to whether the thread directions of the inner and outer pipes correspond to the direction of rotation of the drum, and the thread directions of the inner and outer pipes should also be the same.
4. The connection between the rotary joint of the wave pressure wrench and the pipeline must be connected by a hose (our company recommends the use of a metal hose with good interference), and rigid connections are absolutely forbidden.
5. The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint of the hydraulic wrench should be directly connected with the hose as much as possible. To reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint, to extend the service life of the rotary joint.
6. Assembling the inner tube of the hydraulic wrench should pay attention to the matching of dimensions and the auxiliary support of weight. It is recommended to use H8/e7 tolerance matching for the inner tube of the internal rotary joint and the joint.
7. The support and anti-rotation of the rotating joint of the hydraulic wrench should be appropriate. Generally, the rod diameter should be 2mm smaller than the anti-rotation hole to avoid affecting the free adjustment and compensation of the rotating joint. Used in various connection methods between the rotary joint and the equipment connection, the customer can set up various different types of connection methods according to the specific structure of the equipment used.
