1. Punctual inspection and repair of hydraulic wrench drive shaft
The most important part of the hydraulic wrench is the drive shaft, so the maintenance of the drive shaft is also an indispensable check and regular maintenance item for the normal maintenance of the hydraulic wrench. All components in a hydraulic wrench, including rubber products, sealing rings, etc., are generally valid for three years. However, in the long-term operation of the hydraulic wrench, various parts are constantly moving and working. In this process, natural aging and cracking will inevitably appear. Of course, these aging reasons do not rule out the damage caused by abnormal conditions. When disassembling the drive shaft, you must first loosen the lock cap and then manually pull out the drive shaft. In this process, you must not touch it directly with your hands. Be sure to protect yourself. Be careful in the process of disassembly. Be careful, you can't be rough in your movements, and don't be stern and rough to disassemble!
Second, use lubricating oil
1. The drive shaft of the hydraulic wrench should also be pulled out regularly to tidy up the dirt on it to keep it clean. If it is not used immediately after disassembly, a layer of lubricating oil should be applied after cleaning to prevent the drive shaft from corroding and rusting next time. use. All moving parts should be coated with lubricating oil on time, so as to maintain good lubrication and facilitate the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
2. Regarding these aging and damaged parts, it is necessary to observe them on time, and deal with them in time if the problems are found, so that the possibility of danger can be cut off from the source before the problem has been expanded. Another situation is that the lubricating oil may deteriorate over a long period of time. It must be cleaned and replaced with new grease. Therefore, the lubricating oil must be replaced on time to prevent problems before they occur.
3. After each operation, be sure to check whether the tubing is broken or leaking and clean and maintain it. The oil loaded in it must also be kept clean to prevent impurities from wearing the equipment, causing the tubing to wear or be damaged.
Four, high pressure hoses are not allowed to be bent or bent during use. Do not use non-standard wrench sockets!
