  Company bearing heater is also called bearing induction heater, induction heater, electromagnetic induction heater, which is a kind of heating tool.

  The working principle of the bearing heater is to use the alternating characteristics of metal: the eddy current (also known as Foucault current) is generated in the radiation of the wave particles to make itself heat. The bearing heater is usually used in metal heat treatment (chǔ lǐ) and so on. The principle is that the thicker metal is in the alternating characteristic: when the wave particles are radiated, electric current (Electron flow) will be generated due to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction.

  Place the yoke on the end face of the iron core of the host. Hydraulic wrench is the abbreviation of hydraulic torque wrench. It is a professional bolt tightening tool that is powered by hydraulic pressure and provides high torque output. It is used for bolt installation and disassembly. It is often used to tighten and loosen bolts larger than one inch. The hydraulic wrench is composed of a working head, a hydraulic pump and a high-pressure oil pipe.

  Bearing (bearing) heater press the start button, the host is energized, then the green indicator light is on and the red light is off; press the stop button, the red light is on and the green light is off. At this point, the debugging is over and it can be put into use.

  Check whether the wiring of the bearing heater plug and the socket is consistent, and the grounding should be good, and then insert the plug into the power socket with a control switch.

  Short circuit (current does not pass through the electrical appliances, directly connected to the two poles of the power supply) heating: the host is a special-structured transformer (pressure variable) (Transformer), and the movable yoke is used to directly wear the bearing (bearing) or other heating Artifact.
