Viscosity Analysis of Hydraulic Oil of Special Pump for Hydraulic Wrench
The hydraulic viscosity of hydraulic pumps for hydraulic wrenches is an important target aim of hydraulic oil. (1) Good viscosity and temperature performance
When the hydraulic system is working, the oil temperature increases with the pressure loss. If the viscosity-temperature performance of the hydraulic oil is poor, the viscosity will be greatly reduced (descend), resulting in poor lubrication, increasing leakage, and affecting working accuracy (precision). (2) Good anti-rust performance.
When the hydraulic equipment is parked for a long time or stored for a long time, the hydraulic components are easy to rust, and the hydraulic oil is required to have good rust resistance. The hydraulic wrench transmits power to the working head through the high-pressure oil pipe and the hydraulic pump, which drives the working head to tighten or loosen the nut. The hydraulic pump can be driven by electricity or compressed air. The working head of the hydraulic wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the frame (also called the shell), the oil cylinder and the transmission parts. The output force of the oil cylinder, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission part form a motion pair. The distance from the center of the oil cylinder to the center of the transmission component is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm. The oil cylinder output multiplied by the arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic wrench. The actual output torque is smaller than the theoretical output torque.
(3) Good oxidation resistance
When the hydraulic system is working, as the oil temperature rises, the oil becomes more and more susceptible to oxygenation. Especially at high temperatures, the oxidation rate is very fast. The oxidation of oil will produce sludge, sediment and pollute the system, which will affect the normal operation of the system.
(4) Good anti-emulsification performance.
If hydraulic oil is mixed with water, hydrophilic organic acid and soap will be produced in the hydraulic oil, and the stability (explanation: stable and stable; no change) (The stability of) is poor. The emulsion is emulsified under the stirring of the pump, which will reduce the lubricity and influence the performance of the pump and valve.
(5) Good anti-foam performance
If the hydraulic oil has foam, it will make the hydraulic system crawl and make noise (decibel (dB)).
(6) Good lubrication performance
The matching clearance of the moving parts of the hydraulic components is very small, generally from a few microns to 100 microns. In order to increase the use time of parts, it is necessary to form a particularly strong oil film on the moving surface to form liquid lubrication and reduce wear.
(7) freezing point
The freezing point of hydraulic oil should be lower than 10°C or the minimum temperature of the environment, because the temperature is too low, the oil viscosity increases, the starting effect, or even can not work.
(8) Good compatibility
The oil should not have a chemical effect with various materials (Material) to avoid deterioration.
