The oil cylinder output multiplied by the force arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic wrench. Yes, the actual output torque of the hydraulic wrench is less than the theoretical output torque. 2. Loosen the hydraulic jack oil drain valve and take it out, and the oil starts to drain. 3. Remove the lifter connecting rod and use a torx wrench + 0.8 m pipe to counterclockwise Unscrew the small pump in the direction, use the trimmer to pry (qiào) to open the gasket, and take out the 6# steel ball. 4. Clamp the hydraulic jack on the vise, and use the pipe pliers to loosen the top cap counterclockwise. Remove. 5. Hit the jacket with a leather hammer and remove. 6. Pull out the piston rod. If you can’t pull it out, use trimmers to take out the rectangular rubber ring in the drain valve hole of the base and pour it out. 8# steel ball, use a long-mouthed air gun to reach the innermost part of the drain valve hole of the base to blow air. The air volume needs to be controlled. The piston rod will pop out. It must be aligned with the wall to avoid popping up and causing personal injury. 7, After removing the nylon (PA) seal of the hydraulic jack piston, put the piston rod back into the cylinder. Use a pipe clamp to clamp the cylinder and screw it out counterclockwise. This way, the cylinder can be prevented from being deformed and pinched when the pipe clamp is applied. 8 , Screw in the steel ball baffle with self-tapping screws (screw), pull out the baffle with pliers (pincers), and take out the 6# steel ball. 9. All parts of the hydraulic jack are cleaned with diesel oil and dried with an air gun. Blow through the air gun, use a flashlight to observe whether the inside of the oil cylinder is smooth or not. If it is not smooth or damaged, replace it. Observe whether the three steel ball holes are round and smooth.
