Hydraulic machinery tells you several misunderstandings in the use of
centrifugal heat transfer oil pump mechanical seals
1. Centrifugal heat transfer oil pump (Deep well pump) mechanical seal
spring (Spring) (huáng) the greater the compression, the better the sealing
effect. In fact, too much spring compression can cause rapid wear of the
friction pair (a basic type of component failure) and instantaneous burnout;
excessive compression makes the spring lose the ability to adjust the end face
of the moving ring, resulting in seal failure.
2. The tighter the seal diagram of the mechanical seal of the centrifugal
heat transfer oil pump, the better. In fact, if the moving ring seal is too
tight, it is harmful and useless. One is to aggravate the wear between the
sealing ring and the shaft sleeve, and to leak prematurely; the second is to
increase the resistance of the axial adjustment and movement of the moving ring,
which cannot be adjusted in time when the working conditions change frequently
(frequency); the third is the spring. (Huáng) Excessive fatigue is easy to
damage; the fourth is to deform the moving ring sealing ring, which affects the
sealing effect.

3. The tighter the static ring seal of the thermal oil pump (Deep well
pump), the better. The static ring seal is basically in a static state, and the
sealing effect will be better if it is relatively tight, but too tight is also
harmful. The first is that the static ring seal is excessively deformed and
affects the sealing effect; the second is that the static ring is mostly made of
graphite (chemical formula C), which is generally brittle, and excessive force
can easily cause rupture; third, it is difficult to install and disassemble
(difficult ), the static ring is easily damaged.
4. Deep well pump impeller (referring to the wheel disc equipped with
moving blades) lock nut is as tight as possible. In mechanical seal leakage, the
leakage between the sleeve and the shaft (inter-shaft leakage) is relatively
common. It is generally believed that the leakage between the shafts means that
the impeller lock nut is not locked. In fact, there are many factors that cause
leakage between the shafts, such as the failure of the shaft pads, offset,
impurities in the shafts, and the matching between the shaft and the sleeve.
Large shape and position deviation, vandalism of the contact surface, gaps
between various parts on the shaft, and excessively long shaft head threads will
cause leakage between the shafts. Over-locking of the lock nut will only cause
premature failure of the inter-axis pad. On the contrary, properly lock the lock
nut so that the inter-axis pad always maintains a certain compression
elasticity. During operation, the lock nut will be automatically locked in time,
so that the shafts are always in good condition. The sealed state.
5. The new deep well pump is better than the old one. The hydraulic wrench
transmits power to the working head through the high-pressure oil pipe and the
hydraulic pump, which drives the working head to tighten or loosen the nut. The
hydraulic pump can be driven by electricity or compressed air. The working head
of the hydraulic wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the frame (also
called the shell), the oil cylinder and the transmission parts. The output force
of the oil cylinder, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission
part form a motion pair. The distance from the center of the oil cylinder to the
center of the transmission component is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm.
The oil cylinder output multiplied by the arm is the theoretical output torque
of the hydraulic wrench. The actual output torque is smaller than the
theoretical output torque. Relatively speaking, the effect of using the new
mechanical seal is better than the old one, but the quality or material quality
of the new mechanical seal (xuanze) is improper, and the large size error will
affect the sealing effect; in terms of polymerization and permeability (Osmosis)
In the medium, if the static ring is not excessively worn (a basic type of
component failure), it is better not to replace it. Because the static ring
stays in a static state for a long time in the static ring seat, the polymer and
the impurity deposition (sedimentation) are integrated, which has a better
sealing effect.
6. It is better to dismantle the deep well pump than not to dismantle it.
Once the mechanical seal leaks, it is eager to dismantle and repair. In fact,
sometimes the seal is not damaged, and the leakage can be eliminated by
adjusting the working conditions or properly adjusting the seal. This not only
avoids waste but also verifies (Experimental) one's own fault judgment ability,
accumulates maintenance experience (experience) to improve the quality of
maintenance.
