When the oil leakage and air intake reach a certain value, the oil supply is stopped. In hydraulic devices, oil is a force-transmitting member (rigid body), and gas is an elastic body. The design of various sealing devices is more complicated, especially for dynamic seals. Oil leakage and air intake are objectively existing, and if they are not solved in time, they will In order to solve this problem, we have developed an exhaust and oil replenishment device when the above-mentioned oil path is blocked or the stroke cannot be in place.

When the external force (tōng guò) acts on the piston 5 through the push rod 12 to move the piston 5 to the left, the valve (function: cut-off, diversion, stabilization, shunt, etc.) 4 is in the closed state, and the piston moves to the left , The hydraulic oil is pushed through the oil system (system) into the cylinder 19 of the organization (organization), and the piston 18 in the cylinder moves to the right under the push of the hydraulic oil. Hydraulic wrench is the abbreviation of hydraulic torque wrench. It is a professional bolt tightening tool that is powered by hydraulic pressure and provides high torque output. It is used for bolt installation and disassembly. It is often used to tighten and loosen bolts larger than one inch. The hydraulic wrench is composed of a working head, a hydraulic pump and a high-pressure oil pipe. When the external force is removed, the piston 5 moves to the right under the action of the return taper spring (huáng) (Spring) 1. As the oil pressure in the oil system decreases, the piston in the actuator 18 returns to the original position (position) under the action of the return spring 17, thus completing the entire working process (guò chéng).
As this system (system) reciprocates multiple times, the normal consumption or leakage of the oil will cause a vacuum in the oil circuit, resulting in a pressure difference. Under the action of the return spring (huáng) 1, the piston will move in 5 directions. Move to the right, the pressure difference in the system gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches a certain value, it overcomes the pressure of the conical spring 3 and makes the valve (function: cut-off, diversion, stabilization, separationA gap is formed between the flow etc. 4 and the valve seat, the air is automatically discharged, and the hydraulic oil is automatically recharged from the replenishment tank 22 to the system. When oil is replenished in the oil circuit system, the valve 4 is automatically closed under the pressure of the conical spring 3, and the system resumes normal operation, thereby ensuring that there is sufficient oil in the oil circuit and no idle stroke is generated.
2 Issues that need attention (1) The hydraulic oil should be selected correctly to meet the normal operation of hydraulic systems in a nasty environment to avoid undesirable phenomena.
(2) The material quality of the sealing rubber ring should not only meet the sealing performance but also wear resistance, and ensure the performance and life of the friction pair.
(3) The size of the gap between the sliding parts is related to the structural shape of the parts. The piston can be changed from a linear type to a drum type to avoid pulling the cylinder and improve the use time and reliability of the piston.
