Three-phase electric and single-phase electric wiring method of vortex air pump

The three-phase and single-phase electrical wiring methods of vortex air pumps. Recently, several customers of mine are asking about how to connect the fans. In fact, our fans are marked with the wiring method and voltage on the top of the junction box before leaving the factory. Instructions for connection. Now that the customer asked, here I will introduce several common wiring methods for wind turbines:
Three-phase 380V voltage wiring method for high-pressure fan:
The low voltage and high voltage in the figure refer to the conventional and unconventional voltage three-phase 380V voltage connection method of the fan, such as 220V/440V---60Hz, 230V/460V---60Hz, 208V/415V---50Hz, 240V /480V---60Hz power connection method. The three wires indicated by the red arrows in the connection mode of the three-phase 380 in the junction box can be exchanged arbitrarily to change the forward and reverse rotation of the fan.
High-pressure fan single-phase 220V wiring method:
The picture shows the single-phase forward and reverse connection of the high-pressure fan, 110V/220V---60Hz.
220 power connection method for single fan
The two wires pointed by the red arrow in the wiring of the single 220V connection box in the junction box cannot be exchanged arbitrarily. To change the forward and reverse rotation of the fan, you need to switch from the terminal above the red second arrow to the third terminal immediately. For individual 110V wiring methods, please contact the manufacturer’s technicians. The fan in the direction of the air inlet and outlet is marked with an arrow. It rotates strictly in the direction indicated by the arrow. Standing on the back of the motor, the direction of rotation of the motor is clockwise.
