How to use the vortex air pump in leather machinery

How is the vortex air pump used in leather machinery? The vortex air pump is an important part of leather machinery and has an irreplaceable role. This is inseparable from the functional characteristics of the vortex air pump itself. It can be used for finishing the leather in the tanning process. It is a special equipment used to coat the grain of the leather. The spray gun is controlled by a computer and airflow.
When the machine is in the tanning operation, many links need to use the vortex fan, for example, it can be used to coat the grain of the leather to obtain a more ideal surface quality. As long as the spray gun is controlled by the computer and the air flow, the spraying process requirements under different working conditions can be met.
Moreover, in the leather cutting process, the vortex fan also plays a vital role. The vacuum generated by the vortex wind can firmly fix the leather material on the cutting table, so that the cutting line is neat and orderly, and can be used as an auxiliary equipment for the leather cutting process. The use is conducive to the improvement of work efficiency and product quality. In addition, the fan can also become a part of the leather mechanical purification system, mainly because it forms a water curtain filter layer during operation, which can take away residual dust particles in the air and ensure the cleanliness of the gas.
