Warranty

At ROSIT, we are committed to providing exceptional support for our customers. If the product you purchased cannot function normally due to quality issues within its standard service life, you are entitled to free repair or replacement of the product.

For product damage not attributed to manufacturing defects, ROSIT offer professional maintenance services. Maintenance fees will be charged based on ROSIT’s established standards. Even beyond the warranty period, we provide discounted repair services to support our valued customers.


Warranty Period

The warranty period for all ROSIT power tools is 12 months from the date of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

1. Non-ROSIT branded products.

2. Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow the product instructions, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

3. Issues such as rust, peeling of electroplated coatings, surface scratches, damage to plastic handles, or wear and tear of packaging materials including boxes, shells, and cards during use.

4. Wearable components and consumables.

5. Products explicitly excluded from warranty coverage by ROSIT GmbH.


ROSIT GmbH reserves the right to the final interpretation of these warranty terms.
