In 1902, ROSIT was established in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany-founder Ludwig Rosit successfully developed the air vane motor for handheld pneumatic tools. This innovation has made us stand out in Germany, and with development, ROSIT GmbH has gradually become a major supplier of pneumatic tools in the coal mining industry.
In 1972, we continued to innovate and invented a hydraulic gear motor for handheld hydraulic tools. The new design is more efficient and powerful than previous hydraulic motors, and ROSIT GmbH is also entering new fields:

Road construction

In 1995, we made a breakthrough by inventing a non-circular gear motor for emulsion tools. This innovative design enables lotion tools to operate more accurately and efficiently, and is widely used in various industries.
With our extensive experience working with tools in harsh environments, our tools and motors are increasingly being applied in different related industries:

Chronology
- 1959 ROSIT was founded by Ludwig Rosit and initially served the petrochemical industry.
- 1960 Ludwig Rosit developed the air vane motor for handheld pneumatic tools.
- 1960-1970 Multiple series of pneumatic tools were developed, including Handheld Drills, Impact Wrenches, Grinders, etc.
- 1971 Pneumatic Band Saws were developed and began serving the mining industry.
- 1972-1976 Pneumatic Impact Drills, Pipeline Cutting Machines, Angle Drills, Fans, etc. were developed.
- 1975 Invented hydraulic gear motors for handheld hydraulic tools began to enter new fields.
- 1975-1980 Developed a series of hydraulic tools applied in various industries.
- 1981 Developed a hydraulic gear pump.
- 1983 Hydraulic piston motors were developed and applied in the field of construction machinery.
- 1984 Invented Pneumatic Torque Wrenches.
- 1985 Invented the 3.5KW and 5.0KW series Heavy-Duty Pneumatic Chainsaws.
- 1986 Invented Hydraulic Torque Wrench.
- 1988 Invented Hydraulic Chipping Hammer and Hydraulic Angle Grinder.
- 1990 Invented Pneumatic Magnetic Drilling Machine.
- 1992 Invented Pneumatic Submersible Pump.
- 1993 Circular Saw, Reciprocating Saw, Rail Drill, Core Drill were invented.
- 1995 Invented non-circular gear motor for emulsion tools.
- 1998 Invented Emulsion Band Saw and Handheld Emulsion Drilling Machine.
- 2000 Invented Nut Cutter.
- 2001 Invented Hoist.
- 2003 Invented Emulsion Impact Wrench.
- 2005 Our products passed ATEX certification.
- 2010 Waterjet Cutting Machine was invented.
- 2012 New products passed ATEX certification.
- 2015 Invented Emulsion Submersible Pump, becoming one of main suppliers of emulsion tools.
- 2018 AVT series Impact Drill and Reciprocating Saw were invented.
- 2021 Invented Cutter and Bender.
- 2023 Invented Cutting Machine.
